Are you ready to make meaningful progress in a short period of time? EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) intensives offer a focused, accelerated approach to addressing trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. These sessions are conducted entirely via teletherapy, allowing you to experience healing from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Each intensive typically ranges from 90 minutes to 4 hours and can be scheduled over a single day or across several days within the same week, depending on your needs and goals. Whether you're looking to jump-start your therapy journey or break through a stuck point, EMDR intensives provide a powerful path forward.
Unlock Healing with EMDR Intensives
Benefits of an EMDR Intensive
An intensive offers the opportunity to devote uninterrupted, focused time to your most pressing concerns—far beyond what is typically possible in a standard one-hour session. This extended format allows for deeper exploration and accelerated progress, free from the stop-and-start nature of weekly therapy. It also creates space to incorporate grounding and integrative practices—such as yoga, breathwork, and other somatic regulation techniques—that enhance the healing process and support lasting transformation.
